There are new information about a new exclusive set from my favourite theme - Modular Houses. It will be 10218 Pet Shop. It will contain 2032 parts, standard 4 minifigs. There will be some pieces in interesting colours. Its price will not be different than prices of other tenements. The date of release is written as the beginning of May. Behold the pictures:
